The Llamas and The Raven's Dance

Gaia  GAIA, our llama, named after the EARTH because she has the brown of clay and soil, the black of basalt and the white of snow and clouds. GAIA brings to my mind Africa and Giraffe-like images. Love flows eternally and is available always and forever. I had just mentioned to my husband that I hadn't seen our Ravens for awhile since their nesting tree fell down. Our llama, Starbuck had been suffering from an unknown cause and we had the vet to put him to sleep. I looked up into the sky and there were the Ravens circled just above us cawing and making songs.  and then they dispersed. This was the day before Winter Solstice last year 2019.  Yesterday, Out llama Gaia was not eating and she was weak. We  made a nice secluded place for her away from the other llamas. We brought her warm water, grasses and crushed sweet smelling pellets of alfalfa. She drank a lot of the water and slept in-between drinks with her head on the ground. We would leave her alone for 20 minute intervals
